Description
Ever since I first saw these beautiful owls in person, I fell in love! Burrowing Owls live underground in burrows and come out during the day to hunt for food. I have the pleasure of living not too far from several burrows, which are protected by the city. These Burrowing Owls can be found in empty lots right by the side of the road. I use my long lens to capture close-up's and I move slowly so I don't scare them.
